Welcome to El Monte Composite Squadron's website! We meet at 7:00 p.m. every Thursday evening at El Monte Airport. Check our calendar and contact info for more information regarding our meetings.

El Monte Composite Squadron 21 is comprised of both cadets and senior members. We are all volunteers dedicated to serving our community and nation through the CAP missions of Aerospace Education, Cadet Programs, and Emergency Services. A typical meeting starts off with drill for the cadets, while the senior members conduct appropriate business. Afterwards we conduct a class on our weekly topic. Each Thursday has a focus, either on safety, moral leadership, aerospace education, and physical fitness.

We hope you will give us a visit, and find something that will interest you! Civil Air Patrol members learn a lot about areas like emergency services and leadership. In addition, each member has the opportunity to give back to their community, whether it is staffing an event, to searching for missing aircraft.
